Many size tolerances are no more than 0.02mm, but product length has 325mm, so it is very difficult to want to meet the size tolerance. Moreover, the product planeness tolerance is not more than 0.1mm, so the deformation requires is very strict.

This part has very high appearance and size requirements, the defect showed below will not be acceptable, for example, weld line, Dark Sport, Sliver Marks, Gas Trap Effect, Visible Ejector Marks,Deformation,Short shot Filling, Burnt Streaks, Sink Marks,Flash,Over dimension, Under dimension, Stress Crack etc. Moreover, the product finishing surface must meet the requires more than SPI-SPE B-2.

This mould is made in Shiny Mould Factory. It is a mould exported to Europe, with complicated structures and high quality requests. Customer needs mold life to be over 1 million shots.
